I have a question concerning rental property. What kind of plan should I have in place just in case I get a bad tenant? For instance they destroy the place. There is no insurance for this. Is there anything elso I should consider?

Here's another one. I've been interested in starting a web based business. Like wholesale items on ebay or even starting up my own on line store with SMC. I was wondering how people like Facebook make money? They don't sell anything just offer a webspace for people to chat.

Great questions Rob. You need to have a big emergency fund in place in case your place gets trashed. I can't stand that and it happens, so I don't do real estate.

I believe Facebook makes most of their revenue from advertising, like many other online companies. That is of course google's biggest source of income.

There are a lot of other people that have developed applications for Facebook. They become viral and they make money on other things that way. I just worked with a client developing an application for Facebook.
